- General Note
- A memorandum from Guy Fox (former MSU project chief) to Lloyd Musolf (Michigan State University Group (MSUG) Chief Advisor). The Rector and Vice Rector from the National Institute of Administration (NIA) make recommendations for needs for the NIA after June 30, 1962, including additional technical assistance and financial aid. The International Cooperation Administration (ICA) cannot justify the NIA's suggestion to have at least 5 MSU professors on-hand full time at the NIA after June 30, 1962. Ruben Austin, Coordinator of the MSUG, sends the memo to MSU president Hannah.
