Ruben Austin, Coordinator of the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) writes to Lloyd Musolf, MSUG Chief Advisor, about Arthur Gardiner's recent visit to MSU campus, and the statement that Gardiner made about certain MSU officials being "not available" until near the end of his visit. Austin also inquires about current developments in police administration and training in Vietnam.
