General Note: Lloyd Musolf reports to Ruben Austin on Arthur Gardiner's recent visit to the United States. During his time in East Lansing, Gardiner remarked, "I didn't see as much of the MSU people as I would have liked, because they weren't available...until near the end of my stay..." Musolf also comments on how Gardiner makes an implication on the "phasing out" of the services in Vietnam provided by MSU. Austin shares the memo with MSU president Hannah on July 27.
