General Note
Lloyd Musolf, Chief Advisor to the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) reports to Ruben Austin, MSUG Coordinator, about strained relations between the MSUG and the United States Operations Mission (USOM). Austin shares this memo, and a June 17, 1960 memo regarding the replacement of Vietnam Project instructor Jerome Hemmye and difficulties that occurred with the International Cooperation Administration (ICA) while recruiting Hemmye's replacement, with MSU president Hannah.
