- General Note
- Lloyd Musolf, Chief Advisor to the Michigan State University Group (MSUG), talks to Ruben Austin, MSUG Coordinator, about the United States Operations Mission's (USOM) decision to cancel the MSUG's communications position without first consulting with them about the idea. Musolf expresses concern with the way Arthur Gardiner supervises the MSUG, and feels that MSU president Hannah might want to take a stand on the principle of supervision as it pertains to the group's contract.
