General Note
Glen Taggart, Dean of International Programs, writes to MSU president Hannah in response to a letter sent by Lloyd Musolf to Hannah on March 17. Taggart inquires about Musolf's suggestion that Hannah acquaint South Vietnamese president Diem with information on when the National Institute of Administration (NIA) will assume part of the expenses for its budget in 1962.
