- General Note
- Wesley Fishel, former Chief Advisor to the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) writes to MSU president Hannah after having returned from a trip to Vietnam, and Washington, D.C. Fishel reports on additional access he had been granted to files in Washington, and indicates another trip there will be necessary to do a more in-depth study of the files. Fishel also recounts a meeting in Vietnam with Secretary of State Nguyen Dinh Thuan, and Thuan's suggestion to remove MSU professor Jason Finkle from Vietnam as a result of reports made to American press.
