General Note
The Michigan State University Group (MSUG) welcomed Charles Joiner, who arrived from East Lansing on October 10 to replace Jason Finkle as Academic Instruction Specialist. Library and maintenance personnel at the National Institute of Administration (NIA) had been brought up with NIA Rector Vu Quoc Thong. Also discussed was the fact that the NIA was preparing for the 1962 fiscal year.
