The purpose of the trip was to determine the Michigan State University Group (MSUG)'s relationships with the National Institute of Administration (NIA) and the United State Operations Mission (USOM), and to help provide justification for the extension of the MSUG contract past June, 1962. Hendry covers marginal costs and returns, focusing on various points for each criteria.
