General Note
The Michigan State University Group (MSUG) discusses transfer of their offices to the new National Institute of Administration (NIA), and some of the current issues regarding staffing of the NIA. Preparations for the possibility of a phase-out of the MSU-Vietnam program with the end of the MSUG contract are considered, with a contingency plan in case the contract is renewed.
