MSU President Hannah responds to Professor of Economics Milton Taylor regarding a November 10 letter and article related to MSU's involvement in Vietnam. Hannah shares concern about the situation that still exists in that country, and refers Taylor to MSU Deans Seelye and Taggart, who are close followers of the Vietnam Project.
