General Note: The Michigan State University Group (MSUG) calls attention to a newspaper article mentioned at the United States Operations Mission (USOM), in which the age limit for participants to study abroad for longer than three months was raised from 45 to 48. Guy Fox reported that Dean Seelye suggested that he (Fox) should begin MSUG/USOM contract negotiations in Saigon. And the MSUG provided Government Accountability Office (GAO) auditors with a financial statement, in the event of a new contract.
