General Note: The Michigan State University Group (MSUG) discussed a meeting some of the members had with with the United States Operations Mission (USOM) regarding the Program Divisions FY 1962-5 dollar budgets. With a focus on making improvements to the organization of the Vietnamese Government, the Deputy Secretary General of the National Assembly, Mr. Tien, asked Guy Fox what can be dones to make the ministers more responsible to the Assembly. Charles Joiner obtained a list of publications by faculty of the National Institute of Administration (NIA).
