- Guy Fox discusses his recent trip with Wesley Fishel and some newsmen to the 17th parallel, and various army installations and villages. The date for the dedication of the new National Institute of Administration (NIA) is still uncertain due to incomplete groundwork. John Donoghue protested the United States Operations Mission's (USOM) reluctance to resist induction into military service of highly-qualified participants.
