Guy Fox calls a special meeting of the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) to inform them that South Vietnam President Diem had told Wesley Fishel (in a meeting the night before) that the MSUG contract would be terminated, and that Diem prefers that the National Institute of Administration (NIA) get its assistance from a private organization.
