- General Note
- Guy Fox officially welcomed the arrival to the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) of Alfred Seelye (Dean of the College of Business and Public Service) and his wife. Seelye discussed the communications relationship between the National Institute of Administration (NIA) campus and the Agency for International Development (AID), on the subject of the MSUG and its contract renewal. Seelye and Fox drafted a memorandum to the Presidency of South Vietnam, highlighting the fact that the AID, the United States Operations Mission (USOM)/Saigon, and MSU are all in favor of MSU's continued technical support in Vietnam.
