The Michigan State University Group (MSUG) indicates that East Lansing is now aware that the MSUG contract for aid to Vietnam will not be renewed. South Vietnam President Diem states a preference National Institute of Administration (NIA) advisors directly hired. Local employees of the NIA will be informed of the group's impending departure, and their own probable termination dates.
