- General Note
- Elmer Adkins reported that all but four Vietnam provinces were issuing ID cards, and that the delay for these provinces was not due to security problems. The Michigan State University Group (MSUG) has modified their phase-out plan, including the termination date for local employees. Guy Fox stated that research should conclude at the end of May, to help facilitate a smooth phase-out process.
