General Note: Associated Press reporter Malcolm Browne reports on the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) ending their contract with Vietnam, and leaving the country. Browne indicates that Alfred Seelye, MSU Dean of the College of Business and Public Service, returned to Saigon to try to persuade the Vietnamese Government to renew the MSUG's contract, but was unsuccessful. Browne also reports that the group is down to eight Americans, who are preparing to leave in the next few months.
