- General Note
- Ralph Smuckler, Associate Dean of International Programs, writes to MSU President Hannah about a manuscript sent by Guy Fox, refuting comments made by Milton Taylor and Adrian Jaffe in a June 1961 New Republic article. Smuckler indicates that Fox's article sent to New Republic was not published, and suggests that Hannah might want to read comments on the Taylor-Jaffe piece's content and quality.
