General Note: MSU President John Hannah writes to Ralph Smuckler, Dean of International Programs, thanking him for letting him see a manuscript of an article by Guy Fox. The article, which Fox sent to The New Republic but had not yet been published, refuted portions of another article written by Milton Taylor and Adrian Jaffe, which contained negative comments on American aid to Vietnam. Hannah ends by saying that he hopes Fox will be able to find another periodical to publish his article, if The New Republic does not.
