General Note: MSU President John Hannah writes to U.S. President John F. Kennedy regarding the ending of the Michigan State University Group's (MSUG) contract with Vietnam. Hannah refers to a letter he received from Wesley Fishel, forwarded to him from Burma, which detail Fishel's views on the dissolution of the MSUG's contract, and President Diem and the people who work with him. Hannah justifies sending the letter by acknowledging the time and effort Kennedy and his aides have spent on the subject of Vietnam.
