- MSU President Hannah writes to members of the Board of Trustees, enclosing a copy of a letter he received from Wesley Fishel in Burma, and a copy of a report from Guy Fox and James Hendry in Saigon. Hannah acknowledges that the board members should know by now that the MSU contract in Vietnam will be terminated effective July 1, and that it was not unanticipated.
