- General Note
- Raymond Catsman of Catsman Company in Flint, MI, writes to MSU President Hannah, expression admiration for him and his university. Ã Catsman indicates that he is puzzled by the official reaction to the allegation that MSU knowingly employed CIA agents, stating that this type of assistance should be a source of pride rather than a source of apology. Ã Hannah replies in a May 6 letter, thanking Catsman for his inquiry into MSU's role in Vietnam and clarifying that MSU objected to being charged on engaging in "surreptitious activities".
