General Note: Stanley Andrews, consultant to the Foreign Agricultural Service, writes to MSU President Hannah. Ã After having read an article in the Christian Science Monitor about the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) and their service in Vietnam, Andrews shares his admiration with Hannah of their efforts. Ã Andrews also recounts an incident where he met a graduate of the National Institute of Administration (NIA) during his travels in South Vietnam.
