General Note: Ray Bixler, Professor from the College of Arts and Sciences at University of Louisville, Kentucky, writes to MSU President Hannah, outraged by a New York Times article regarding the involvement of MSU with the CIA in Vietnam. Ã Bixler suggests that MSU provide an official statement, ensuring that they are no longer involved with the CIA. Ã Hannah, in an April 25 letter of reply, provides a copy of a statement made on April 22, but fears it may be inadequate for Bixler, and expresses his concern that Bixler accepted media allegations before awaiting an official response from the university.
