Charles Baugh, from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois in Urbana, IL, writes to MSU President Hannah in defense of his statements against the allegation that the CIA were involved with the MSU project in Vietnam. Ã Baugh compliments Hannah on his effective leadership. Ã Hannah, after returning from a brief vacation, replies to Baugh in an appreciative July 18 letter of reply.
