General Note: Ralph Smuckler, Acting Dean of International Programs at MSU, writes to President Hannah with a drafted letter to Senator Wayne Morse. Ã On President Hannah's behalf, Smuckler writes to Senator Morse to clarify some points regarding some remarks Morse made to the International Studies Association, specifically on MSU's activity in Vietnam. Ã Morse replies to Hannah in an August 31 letter, thanking him for sending a copy of Hannah's statement, and offering his regards.
