General Note: A report in publication form, submitted by Public Safety Advisor to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Robert Jackson. Ã On November 30, 1965, a man threw a grenade into the Thu Duc market place in Gia Dinh Province killing three (including himself) and wounding seven. Ã An investigation into the incident led to the discovery of a Viet Cong terrorist ring. Ã Forty-one suspects were identified, all belonging to a group called "Cadres of Control of Vietnam". Ã Questioning of the suspects led to the divulgence of the identities of another twenty-four members of two more Viet Cong groups.
