- General Note
- A report in publication form submitted by Public Safety Advisor to United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Keith Roberts. On January 7, 1966, two trucks were stopped by two National Policemen of the Second Precinct, Saigon Municipal Police. The passengers, two young males, were transporting trunks with false bottoms, concealing medical supplies. After interrogating the two young men, police learned that another young man and a young woman were separately attempting to transport hidden medical supplies.
