General Note: This statistical report, submitted by Joseph Sobotta, Weapons Maintenance and Repairs Advisor assigned to Vietnam in 1963, proposes the establishment of an ammunition reloading plant in Saigon. To save on materials, he develops a plan to reload empty brass cartridge cases. Sobotta prepares figures on the costs for delivering materials to Vietnam, reloading ammunition in Saigon, and building the plant. Summary and photos are included.
