- An article from Issue No. 198 (pp. 5-7) of the Saigon newspaper Daily Buoi Sang, in which a member of the Buoi Sang staff interviews United States Operations Mission (USOM) Director Leland Barrows. The Director is asked about the possibility of the USOM providing assistance in the widening of two roads in Saigon, as well as the current state of U.S. aid to Vietnam. A short biography of Barrows is included.
