A preliminary draft of a study on health problems and needed medical assistance in Vietnam. The study was completed by two medical educators who served as consultants to the Ministry of Education, and to Vietnam's National University. The consultants made recommendations in the hopes of providing a basis for a cooperative program in medical education between the U.S. and Vietnam.
