General Note
An interim report on the 1965 Summer Youth Program in Vietnam. The report begins with an American point-of-view on objectives for the program, then addresses the current situation, including unity (and lack of) among the youth and student groups, government/student relationships, recruitment, administrative development, and so on. In its conclusion, the author of the report indicates that, while the project has survived a difficult beginning, there is a possibility that it could develop and be seen as a success.
