A report from the United States Operations Mission (USOM) Saigon, announcing the first edition of the Summer Youth Program (SYP)'s weekly newspaper, "Let's Hit The Road". The report lists the names of the articles appearing in the newspaper. While the report indicates that copies of the newspaper and a brochure in English in Vietnamese describing the SYP are enclosed, they are not included here.
