Topics include the establishment of an I Corps SYP Zone (giving greater administrative flexibility to I Corps, and insuring participation from Hue students and youth in the program), the publishing and distribution of the third issue of the SYP newspaper "Let's Hit the Road", publicity, and continuing fiscal and student relationship issues.
