- General Note
- A February 1968 essay from a writer for TIME magazine, "The Limits of U.S. Power" discusses the recent Tet offensive, and the article's author expresses concerning over pulling out of Southeast Asia. In an attached article, "Khe Sanh: Ready to Fight" by TIME correspondent Don Snider, uncertainty is expressed over the outcome of the battle even after Snider was witness to gunfire from both sides, and observing quality of life at a Marine base.
