General Note: A transcript of an article from the United States Information Service (USIS) - United States Operations Mission (USOM) Liaison Office in Saigon. The article talks about Dr. Thomas Tiller, a civilian doctor from Fort Sam Houston who became the only American doctor in the Bac Lieu province. The article also highlights Tiller's supervisor, Vietnamese Provincial Medical Chief Dr. Nguyen Tu Vinh. Tiller discusses some of the medical issues he faces in his work, including diseases and casualties of warfare.
