General Note / OCR

Don Robertson, columnist for the Cleveland Plain Dealer, writes about Mme. Hoang Ba Vinh, a woman whose husband, once a member of Vietnamese parliament, was thrown in jail for "investigation" and mistreated. Three people from the Cleveland area are trying to help her: an orthopedic surgeon, and two U.S. Representatives.
