General Note
Biographical information on Bui Tuan is provided. He was captured by the Vietminh during the 1946 "March Massacre" and tortured for five years. He was the Editor in Chief of the Vietnam Presse Hanoi and director of his own nationalist newspaper "Nay Va Mai".
