- Wesley R. Fishel recalls conversations with GVN ambassador Bui Van Thinh to Mr. Paul Kattenburg of the American Embassy in Saigon, Vietnam. Fishel explains Bui Van Thinh's extreme political dissatisfaction with the Diem government and desire to leave his cabinet post.
