Tran Van Do writes to Wesley Fishel to clarify the circumstances and content of a lost letter. Tran Van Do explains the events in Geneva, a conversation with Pham Van Dong, Mendes-France's suggestions of an 18th parallel, and Do's doubts over a temporary partition.
