An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of a work crew repairing a highway near Phuoc Tuy. The label on the photograph reads, "Four thousand kilometers of main highways are being reconstructed throughout Vietnam in a project that already has upgraded 2,491 kilometers and should be completed by June 1972. Here RMK-BRJ crews widen Route 15 near Phuoc Tuy. (TCB-101 Photo Four, October 1971.)"
