An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of eight men inspecting various mechanical parts an instruction center in Da Nang. The label on the photograph reads, "Hoi Chanh--former Viet Cong soldiers who defected to the Saigon government's side under the Chieu Hoi program of amnesty--learn to be mechanics at the indoctrination center in Da Nang. (TCB-097 Photo Nineteen, July 1971.)"
