General Note: An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of a medical practitioner holding open the mouth of a young child for an examination, while the mother holds the baby and another child stands at her feet. An older woman looks on. The label on the photograph reads, "A pharmacist-medical technician in a rural maternity clinic and dispensary near Saigon assures a proud young mother that her baby is a fine specimen.
