General Note: An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of a woman in a hospital bed having a sling constructed by a nurse. The label on the photograph reads, "At Cho Ray, the huge teaching hospital in Saigon, a Vietnamese nurse examines the dressings on a young patient's arm after assuring her that she will not lose her arm, injured in a typical kitchen accident. Ministry of Health hospitals admitted 570,000 such patients in 1970. (TCB-095 Photo Three, May 1971.)"
