An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of a harbor holding many fishing boats, two of which have workers hauling nets and equipment between them. The label on the photograph reads, "Fish products are Vietnam's second most important food item. Co-op loans from the Agricultural Development Bank have helped fishermen like these modernize their boats and equipment. (TCB-098 Photo Ten, September 1971.)"
