General Note
An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of three workers watching a cargo shipment being unloaded off a ship. The label on the photograph reads, "At Saigon Port vessels used to tie up to 21 midriver buoys and discharge cargo onto lighters. Since 1969 they have been able to obtain wharfage space and unload directly onto trucks. (TCB-101 Photo Nine, October 1971.)"
