An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of workers at Saigon Port unloading a shipment with cranes. Five men stand on and around the bales in the photograph. The label on the image reads, "There has been no congestion at Saigon Port since 1968 and the pilferge rate--less than one percent--is among the world's lowest. Here a coastal vessel uses its own cranes to discharge bales. (TCB-101 Photo Eight, October 1971.)"
