General Note / OCR

An image from Wesley Fishel's photograph collection of a woman feeding documents through an IBM printer. The label on the bottom of the photograph reads, "At the rate of 1,100 lines per minute, this IBM 1403 printer at U.S. AID's Information Systems Center is producing titles issued under the Land to the Tiller law. One million hectares of riceland will be distributed to tenant farmers before the end of 1972. This machine, to keep up with the flow of applications from the provinces, prints 30,000 titles a month. (TCB-100 Photo One, October 1971.)"
